Amy Stephens, instructor of this workshop, is a senior student of Anodea Judith and is going to teach HSP and Empaths simple techniques to keep grounded, understand how to shield and yet still enjoy their special gifts of "feeling". Sometimes we get overwhelmed in business meetings or in our personal life and we need that additional support to keep us grounded. Amy is here to share all that her mentor has taught her.
