This 6 series class is geared to those that want to move but have a hard time getting up off the floor. We will do half the class seated and the other half of class standing as we work on balance and some strength.
Due to the format this is a progression type of class. Meaning we will build each week on our strength and flexibility. You will notice a difference from day 1 to the end of the 6 part series.
6 class series = $60 ($10 per class)
Register for Tuesdays or Fridays or both. 12 Classes = $96 ($8 per class).
- Tuesdays, January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6 & 13, 2018 from 2:00-3:00 pm
- Fridays, January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 2018 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Tuesdays, February 20, 27, March 6, 13,20, 27, 2018 from 2:00-3:00 pm
- Fridays, February 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 2018 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
If you want to sign up for 12 classes - meaning you can sign up for the second series that takes place right after the first series, or register to meet twice a week. You will save $2 a class!
Just remember though - you won't be able to make up any classes so it is best to look at your schedule first and decide what your schedule will allow for.
