Join Amy Stephens for this 1 hour practice of Chair Yoga. This practice is wonderful for beginners to get the body moving again and provide a gentle amount of movement (with opportunities to go deeper and stronger if wanted).
50% of this class is seated and the other 50% is standing. Our emphasis is on breathing deeply, gentle movements for shoulders, hands, hips and legs. Movement of joints and creating flexibility of muscles.
For those who are able to get onto the floor there is an option to do portions of this class on the floor in a more advanced manner.
