This class is geared to those who want to be held accountable about getting up and walking, stretching and find more balance in their body. As we age, we have a tendency to fall, run into a wall, or can't get up out of a chair or the toilet.
Amy will be your support in this 1.5 hour long class - stretch at the studio before leaving for a walk and end at the studio with balancing and strength.
Geared to those of all ages - the goal is to be held accountable to show up for your classes and begin to add more energy into your life. Class size is limited to 10 and if you have a buddy you want to invite make sure they sign up with you.
Tweens up can join us - please no strollers for this class.
