Join Amy Stephens, e-RYT for this 90 minute session on how to create more comfort and get in touch (literally) with your feet. You will use everyday items to give your feet better circulation and let your legs feel improvement of stability.
Feet are the foundation of how you move through your day. If you feel like you are walking on the clouds or pins and needles, a variety of opportunities to create comfort will be provided.
You will be able to sit on the floor or in a chair for this session.
You will also leave with a goodie bag of treats to support cramps in the legs/feet or neuropathy issues.
