Yoga Nidra is done on the floor for full benefit and you will be laying down the whole time of class until it is time to leave. You can use yoga props to find comfort in body and relax easier to have the full benefit of the practice.
Dress in Layers! Bring water bottle and yoga mat or a beach towel to define your space.
