Join Amy Stephens, for this “come as you are” Yoga Nidra practice to get a “yoga nap”, wind down mentally and leave in a relaxed yet rejuvenated state.
The practice is “come as you are” meaning that you can come in your work clothes (pants, shirt, dress, skirt or yoga clothes). You will be set up on the floor for optimal comfort but you can sit in a chair if preferred.
You can use the yoga props onsite (blankets, bolsters and eye pillows). First to set up might get the most relaxed spot to work in.
You will need to pre-book to secure your space as class size will be limited.
Donation based practice; please leave a donation in the box on your way out. This practice will be hosted on either a Tuesday or Friday each time 12-12:40 pm and the Vagaro schedule will be updated each week to show which dates are available.
