Join Amy Stephens, eRYT and Thai Yoga expert, for this supportive Partner Yoga class. Bring your loved one to this workshop to provide them comfort and relaxation.
The purpose of partner is to deepen and expand your yoga practice together. IF your partner is not experienced Yogi/Yogini that is OK. You will be working together to provide your muscles the opportunity to relax and stretch while your partner’s develops awareness about breath and guidance. You’ll challenge yourself physically and emotionally by putting your body in another person’s hands. Working together leads to bonding and tests your ability to trust.
You will be on the floor and only 8 couples will be registered.
