Join Amy Stephens for this 75 minute practice of deep stretching and relaxation. This practice is wonderful for beginners to get the body moving again and provide a gentle amount of movement (with opportunities to go deeper and stronger if wanted).
Our emphasis is on breathing deeply, gentle movements for shoulders, hands, hips and legs. Movement of joints and creating flexibility of muscles.
This class is on the floor and RSVP beforehand is a must to secure your spot
