Join Amy Stephens for this 1 hour practice of developing Strength and Balance for your body and mind. This is a step up class from Chair Yoga and we will use large rubber bands and the tubes with handles, you might want to wear your shoes if your feet are tender.
50% of this class is seated and the other 50% is standing. Our emphasis is on strength of shoulders, arms and legs.
