Healing Tai Chi is a low impact, meditative exercise for all ages.
Practicing slow and conscious movements is a simple way to gain overall strength, flexibility, and a wide range of motion. You will gain more balance in life and establish a better connection of body and mind.
This class meets once a week and will be part of your monthly class package purchased at AZ Healing Center and you can RSVP online through our scheduling system.
Class will be for beginners, with the option to stand or sit if needed.
